Smoothies are the best!
We drink smoothies all year long as a “grab and go” breakfast or “pick me up” during the day.
My FAVORITE ingredients to include are kale, blueberries, strawberries, apples, carrots, flax, chia and sometimes protein powder.
At the GFAF Expo a few years ago, I purchased a Vitamix which I love! Now we actually drink our kale smoothies instead of chewing them! Imagine that. 🙂
My smoothies pack a punch but admittedly aren’t pretty. (photo above is by Osha Key and definitely NOT my smoothie).
For inspiration, I decided to go to the pros and find some NEW smoothies to add to the mix.
