Ingredients
- 2 lbs. lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cup finely chopped mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. dry oregano
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. Himalayan pink salt
- 1 Tbsp. raw apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. coconut or grape seed oil
- 4 slices of hard cheese optional
- Lettuce leaves or gluten-free burger buns
- Selection of toppings; onions cabbage, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, gf mustard, gf mayo, gf ketchup

Instructions
- Combine all the burger ingredients and make 4 patties. Brush with oil, this will prevent them from sticking on a barbecue
- Place patties on a preheated barbecue and cook 5 - 7 minutes on each side (depending on the thickness of the patties. Add cheese and cook until melted
- Oven method: Preheat oven to 400 F. Place patties on a non-stick baking sheet, and bake 10 - 15, and then top with cheese and cook until cheese is melted
- To serve, place burgers on lettuce leaves or grilled burger buns with as many toppings as you desire
