Instructions
  1. Combine all the burger ingredients and make 4 patties. Brush with oil, this will prevent them from sticking on a barbecue
  2. Place patties on a preheated barbecue and cook 5 - 7 minutes on each side (depending on the thickness of the patties. Add cheese and cook until melted
  3. Oven method: Preheat oven to 400 F. Place patties on a non-stick baking sheet, and bake 10 - 15, and then top with cheese and cook until cheese is melted
  4. To serve, place burgers on lettuce leaves or grilled burger buns with as many toppings as you desire
